This really hurt my tongue. I tried it for a month since you can't return it anyway. But it's uncomfortable. The edges started rubbing on my gums in addition to hurting my tongue. I was never able to keep it in all night. :(

I have been using this for about 10 years. It was not available on Amazon when I first started using it, but that's how I buy them now. It works great for me and I have not snored since I started using it. 100% cured.It took me a few nights (maybe a week) to get used to it, but I no longer snore and I've become accustomed to it and find it comfortable. Also, my previous device was a hard plastic mouth guard that hurt my jaw. While that thing worked, I had to stop using it as it was causing jaw issues. This is much easier for long term use and the only "problem" is that now I can't really sleep without it.There are a few spots on my gums that were irritated by it when I first started using it, but then I trimmed off a few spots and it solved the problem. Now when I start a new one, I use the cutouts on the old one as a template.I have recommended this to several people over the years and about half of them have had success while it didn't work for the others. I agree with some of the reviewers that it is an expensive price for a simple product, but if it works to stop you from snoring it is well worth it for you and anyone who shares your bedroom. They last about 6 months for me, so it's about 50 cents a day. Good luck!

UPDATE: After my review, the seller reached out to me, informed me that they offer a full satisfaction guarantee, and issued a full refund via Amazon. Apparently, it is only the Amazon return channel that doesn't work - contacting the seller directly does work. My statement about being overpriced and not working still stands, though, so I'm bumping up my rating from 1 star to 3, for the good customer service.This a ridiculously overpriced simple piece of silicon (must cost them $1 to make). The design might work, but the problem is, it is very painful to use: it creates sucking vacuum around the tip of the tongue, so the tip goes numb and very uncomfortable in mere minutes, let alone the whole night. And of course their return policy is NO return policy. I understand they can't resell a used item from hygienic considerations, but at the ridiculous markup they sell it at, they ought to be able to suck up the cost. Shameful scam.

Combined with an upright ergonomic pillow, my nightly snoring has reduced to basically zero since I’ve been tracking it, which is a markedly dramatic decrease. In the audio logs, it’s so quiet can hear myself shifting in bed and my dog getting up and shaking instead of the constant snoring like a chainsaw.My only complaints are it’s a little uncomfortable in the mouth and falls out about 1/3rd of the time during the night.

I tried to make this product work but simply could not tolerate it. While the idea is novel and theoretically should work, it misses when it comes to holding your tongue out properly. Despite even max suction my tongue would eventually slip out. In addition, it put negative pressure on my tongue creating a weird tingling sensation. When it wasn’t doing this, my saliva was being mass produced due to the object choking me in my own saliva at times. Was not a pleasant experience. On top of that, this expensive piece of plastic is non refundable. Buyer beware

Update - I contacted customer service because of the issue of the product rubbing against my gum and being uncomfortable. They offered to send me a brand new one that is smaller in size. Their customer service is prompt, professional and top-notch. It shows that they genuinely care about their products and their customers' experience. This cut into my gums and I couldn't breathe when I got stuffed up. I contacted customer service and they refunded me the purchase. Customer service was excellent.
