Depending upon which Atkins snack you order, this particular snack, makes me think of Reese’s pieces peanut butter cups, and it kind of taste like it too. Good taste
I’ve bought many of these nutty, fudgy brownies from Atkins. They are really good, moist, fudgy, and I love the crunchy nuts on top. Best to order in the cooler months. The only issue I have is that maltitol is the first ingredient. Many of their newer snacks are made with other sweeteners. Maltitol can lead to gastrointestinal distress if you eat these often. Several of the older snacks are made with that. I’ve contacted Atkins but haven’t heard back on their use of maltitol.

These are wayyyyy too easy to eat :) We like them.
We're trying to cut carbs and sugar in my family, but like lots of people, we have "sweet tooths." The Covid-19 limitations and current political events have also stressed us out (like many people) so we are tending to consume even more sweets and "junk food." These brownies have been a salvation in many ways but also a temptation.1) They are NOT "healthy carrot sticks" lol - neither "low calorie" nor packed with incredible nutritional value. Since they are low carb, they have artificial sweetening. That's not a criticism, just a given. Eat too many of these and you're going to gain weight without adding nutritional value. If you want low calorie, eat celery sticks, not brownies.2) OTOH, they are *delicious." My family and I have discovered that we can split one package into pieces, add fresh fruit on the top, and feel decadent. It's hard to find "healthy brownies" that don't taste vaguely like sawdust held together by over-sweetened coconut oil and a little bit of chocolate. These actually taste like really dense brownies. So that's a good thing (yummy!) and a bad thing (let's eat more of them!).We recommend them. The fact that they come in tiny little packages is environmentally wasteful but make it easier to not use "but they will go stale if I don't eat all of them right this minute" as an excuse to eat the whole box full in one sitting.
