It’s always a chance on supplements, but this label does what I need it to do and seems to work.

I have bought other liquid gel caps from Gaia herbs before (Rhodolia Rosea) and was on them for months at a time, and felt SUCH a huge difference. My friend had turned me onto them as she knew they were easier to digest and process (I have a leaky gut so it can be hard to get any nutrients out of any vitamins or supplements - or food).This is the best version - both brand and type (the liquid capsules) that I have ever had. I've been on and off of Vitex due to having too much estrogen/not enough progesterone. It helps a LOT. I am in perimenopause and had heavy periods at various times - sometimes it wouldn't stop and was heavy and never stopped, not even for months. That's usually a sign of needing progesterone and Vitex is one of the safest ways of getting it without any side effects. I've been on progesterone cream, which I seemed to need increasing amounts of after awhile, and after about a year or a year and a half of that, it just wasn't enough. I then switched to pharmaceutical progesterone and that did work, but it is less safe and had various side effects. It was also hard on my liver.My friend suggested Vitex, which I may need for awhile, and it has worked like a charm. It stopped the heavy periods within a day or two. I've had it via a tincture and regular capsules, but the Gaia herbs version is far superior.

Good product, been taking it for a few days now and I did feel a little improvement, no complaints at all.

Such a fantastic product, I love gaia herbs. I got these because I read it's good for uterine fibroids. While I can't say for certain that it's helped with my fibroids, I can say that certain symptoms have completely disappeared, so I will continue to take them and later down the road do another ultrasound and see if my fibroids shrink.

Make sure you take this under the advice/supervision of a doctor/medical professional, because it changes/alters your hormone levels.But with that said, I'm so glad that my doctor recommended this to me. I was lucky enough to find a doctor that's and ND/MD and when I told her all of my symptoms, she was able to discern that I was extremely low on several vitamins because my body's inability to absorb them, due to a surgery I had, and also that I needed this supplement to help battle some extreme irritability and other issues. It worked well for me. Glad this brand exists.

This is a good quality chaste tree berry herbal supplement.it did not have an after taste to me. I did not experience any stomach aches when taking these herbal supplements. That is a major plus for me as I have a very sensitive stomach. I like these chaste tree berry supplements and I would get these again.

I love this brand and I have a lot of their supplements and it’s extremely high quality. This is perfect for helping to balance Harmons whether you be in menopause perimenopause, or and reproductive age. Highly recommend.

Been on this supplement for two months and have seen improvement in my pms and estrogen dominance. Not a miraculous effect so far but it is supposed to be an herb that is slow acting so noticing changes at only two months seems impressive to me. I feel the quality is very high and have since bought other products from this company.
