I loved this book so much and it was perfect for someone first learning about how to adopt a gluten-free lifestyle. This was especially wonderful since it is the 5-in-1 book and you do not have to purchase all of them separately. I would recommend this to everyone with all the wonderful information it provides, helpful tips, and recipes.
