Nice Quality, Easy To Use! Saves Lots Of Time Over Making By Hand!
I had never used one of these Pasta Makers up until 2 years ago. We always make homemade Pierogies a few times a year and rolling the dough out by hand is very time consuming. Our relatives had a pasta machine like this and when I saw how simple it made rolling the dough pieces out, I has purchased one. The one I purchased was decent but didn't work as good as theirs and didn't have much weight to it. When I received this one, I could tell right away it was heavier duty than the other one. This one comes with the pasta machine and attachment, turning handle, table clamp and directions. The knob on the side pulls out for adjusting the thickness of the dough rolling through. It clamps tightly onto the counter or table. The rollers spin freely and there was no sticking or tightness. You can make different types of pasta with this including spaghetti, angel hair, flat dough and more. The only downside to this machine is it cannot be immersed in water for washing. What I do is let any dough dry that may be stuck in the rollers or on the machine. Then I tip it upside down and shake the dry pieces out and then wipe it out and down good with a slightly damp cloth. It seems to clean up good by doing that and I have no issues when taking out to use the next time. Overall, this is a nice quality pasta machine by HuiJia that I would recommend.I received this product at no cost in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. No compensation for a positive review was provided. All of my reviews are based 100% off of my experience with the product and I never guarantee a positive review.

For the most part I do like this pasta machine
For the most part I do like this pasta machine. It is solid and does what it should. It clamps securely to a counter top and cranks smoothly. The only thing I don't like about are the plastic scrapers underneath the rollers which do a good job but are very difficult to get to and clean. If the scrapers were spring loaded and could be pulled out the after use clean up would be a breeze.

Great affordable machine
My first pasta machine and it has been a great one for beginners! My 3 friends and I all tried it out for the first time on Thanksgiving and made the most amazing pastas on our first try. We made fettucine with a basic dough and sheets of egg dough to use in a ravioli press. Since then I have made egg pasta and semolina pasta as well. Perfect every time! One of my friends already bought one for herself too. Highly recommended, especially for the affordable price.

The actual roller and cutter works fine if you can clamp it somewhere so it doesn't ...
The C clamp was not big enough to fit any of my counters or tables, you can not purchase a larger clamp anywhere for this so i have to hold the dang thing while turning the crank and somehow feed the pasta through it with my third hand?.. hmm.. The actual roller and cutter works fine if you can clamp it somewhere so it doesn't move around. It is not very easy to clean though which is a bummer.

Cleaning is easy - do NOT use water
There's nothing seemingly wrong with this, and we're enjoying it at home. Cleaning is easy - do NOT use water. And it consistently pushes out good pasta. We've had it for a week and have experimented with a ton of stuff and really enjoy making pasta. The hand cranking isn't an issue either, so well worth the price for great, home made pasts. I figure we'll be saving on ingredients and our guts (not eating the crap they put into boxed pasta), and the kid loves seeing the noodles fall out. Win win.

Not nearly as well made as the Atlas
I bought this based on all the good reviews and after asking questions and getting positive answers here. These are initial impressions after a few hours using it and compared to an older Atlas (pre Wellness). EDIT: shortly after I wrote this review, I tried the machine again to see if I could get it to roll out a thin sheet and the gears started grinding - so this thing is just not built well at all - this is definitely going back. (End Edit)Compared to the Atlas, this is lighter in weight, thinner metal. The threads on the clamp are poorly made and rough - it made it very difficult to turn the tightening screw - I lubed the screw threads with some grease and then I was able to tighten and loosen the clamp. Even clamped tightly down, the machine rocks back and forth when you crank. To be fair, the Atlas rocks a bit too - but this rocks much worse and doesn't clamp down nearly as securely as the Atlas (I think because the metal is too thin). The rollers are not parallel to each other. If you roll some dough down one side it is thicker than if you roll the same piece of dough down the other side. If you try to run a sheet thru that is wide, it will curl to the thick side and makes it very difficult to get a flat and straight sheet. I had to keep turning the sheet over so the thinner side of the sheet was on the side where the rollers were further apart to try and balance it out. I did not have this issue at all with the older Atlas (I have not tried a newer "Wellness" version of the Atlas).I expect I will be returning this - the cost savings was nice and it does work "sort of" - but it doesn't feel like it will last and just doesn't work nearly as well as the Atlas.

It is great for Italian cookies too!
I got this as a gift for a friend who had directions for cookies that dates back over 100 years in her family. But they never came out quite right. Then she called and asked if I had a pasta roller. I got that for her. I got a batch of the best cookies I have ever had.

Stopped working within a dozen uses
Initially, it worked great, no assembly required, made nice thin pasta sheets. A little bit plain, without numbering on the adjustment but it was cheap so I didn't mind too much. However, after several uses, it started to occasionally skip a tooth and not drive the second roller. This quickly progressed to complete failure (of course outside of the warranty window) The cutter attachment still works perfectly but the second roller will not turn anymore and will not pull the pasta through.I disassembled it and the cheap gear assembly had stripped out and was free spinning inside of the roller. I wouldn't recommend buying this pasta roller if you plan on actually using it.
