I don't think so because it's flat where you bite. I think whitening products need to be a little bit curve for the gel. If it's whitening strips for sure it works.

Would it fit a 9 years child?

I'm picturing my 8-year old friend and I think it would work for him. It's affordable enough to try it out. I've loved it, for sure!

It falls off my teeth if i open my mouth...is that a common problem?

I didnt have this problem. My lips held it in place when I open my mouth.

What is this made of? Plastic or silicone or something else?

To me, it felt like plastic. Hard, very slightly flexible plastic. It hurt my gums in the back because it didn't yield at all around my gums.
