I used this product first time, it is good product, my 10 months old GSD female like it very much, my dog was avoiding dog food since last month, I was decide to change the dog food and choose this product, it is great replacement of dog food, food is very good easily digestive, there is no issue after using this product, package was also received in good condition and without damage.

Product is actually good for dog. I have 14 months old Rottweiler & he loved this food. Results are also good but if you are converting your dog from daily food to this food plz consult your family veterans.

The brand smartheart powerpack is affordable and healthy one i gave to my 6month old GSD puppy.=== Update after buying 2 packages ( one from shop & one from amazon) ===But after giving it consequently he refused to eat it and completely avoid it. So i recommend you to buy a smaller pack and check whether your puppy likes it or not.=== End of Update=== Since its not available in my local pet shop i prefer amazon. But twice i got damaged products - First time with a wrong price and non expiry date, and- then with a broken or torn packSo , my request to cloudtail and amazon is to please ensure that the item is handled properly while packing.The item quality is good and my puppy loves it. But the handling of the item is very bad from amazon.Also MRP shown as 1005₹ ,but listed price is 1072₹ (now) or 1082₹ (in my case), and so the seller charging more in amazon.So finalising:Product quality: 4/5Product handling: 1/5Amazon packaging: 5/5

Should come in zip packet so can be kept properly. Otherwise very good product. My GSD loves it flavour n smell.
