What tools are needed to setup? Does it come with the package?

The screws did not come in the package

Is there any place one can buy extensions or attachments for this unit. It seems well made but I would like some foot braces or bars?

I don't think so. In my bench manual there wasn't else optional there. I don't think you will need to add as is pre fabricated to assamble the bench together with all parts within shipping box.

I have a 5 feet bar would it fit perfectly ?

I found the rest for a 5 foot bar to be to narrow. You do chance pinching an appendage with the way it is.

How can I stop it from wiggling?

You get what you pay for. Place less weight on it.
