Installed software for the camera and it crashed the computer. My husband (a computer engineer) blamed the bad software. I didn't believe him and took the camera with us to grandma's house. Her computer crashed too! It might have been a fun toy if it wasn't toxic to the computer. Watch out for variations of this same product. We will be replacing ours with another brand. Only gave one star rating because you can't rate lower than that!

I am absolutely amazed this toy is still on the market... I bought one of these for my daughter's birthday. It had software issues and simply did not function... WHen I returned it, the people at the store stated that pretty much every one they had sold had come back as defective... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY... STAY AWAY!!! If I COULD have rated it zero stars, I would have!!!!
