Great buy for a beginner
Great starter DJ mini table. I used this to teach a unit on DJing in my digital music class. Also used it to DJ some basketball games and morning walk in music. Kids loved it. It was easy to use with laptop, just plug and play. Most online DJ sites recognized it, and didn't need expensive software to run.

Great gift for college kids
Definitely watch a few YouTube videos before smacking around on the buttons. Very easy to learn for a beginner and small enough to carry with you. The sound output and response from the device is perfect. Overall good quality for the cost, and connects easily to your laptop and speakers (no issues with compatibility but verify that you're device is updated if you do run into problems). The only negative is the buttons are loud, they're not soft touch.

Good beginner board
So I read a lot of reviews and was hesitant. I saw mixed reviews but I saw a lot of reviews on how it was decent for the price and if you’re a beginner. I am a complete beginner to DJing and have not touched a board in my life, I was extremely excited to get this one and start going at it. I will say my review is an honest 4/5 stars after 24 hours. It has been easy to navigate the board and know the basics, it’s a lightweight board that’s maybe 18” so it’s not your big fancy board and some that knows what they are doing might think this board is too simple. For beginners this board is a lot of fun it’s super cool and the lights on it add to the show. The hardest part is finding a software that works for you and finding out how to link the board to the software, for me VirtualDJ has been the best so far. Anyways, for beginners this board is perfect and should last a little bit before you wanna advance up to a new board.

Great buy, Fun little controller
Great little budget controller. Limited features, but at this price point, it's expected. Jog wheels work well. Multi function hot cue and effects buttons. Great to prepare mixes at home, or little at home parties. I wouldn't use this one as my main controller at a function or wedding, but if you had nothing else, ...this would Definitely get you through. Great back-up. Both my MacBooks running Virtual DJ recognize it instantly. My only gripe is that there's no "notch" on the pitch sliders. But again, at this price, ...understandable.

Fun DJ Controller for amateur and beginning DJs
Bought this so I could do a Sock Hop for our HOA's Social Committee. It's easy to set up and is immediately recognized by my PC laptop and the DJ software that I am using. Serato DJ Lite is included with this controller. However, I am using Mixxx DJ software and it works very well with this controller. The party lights only work with the Serato software if you want them to change with the beat of the music. I just turn them off. The scratch pads work smoothly, but have just a little bit of 'bounce' when trying to cue up a track: You cue it to the exact spot you want, then when you remove your finger, it 'bounces back' a tiny bit. It's not significant, but if you were a pro it would be quite annoying. For the amateur, it's really not a problem. I wish the cross fader had a touch more resistance to it to make slower fades a bit smoother. But, again, for an amateur, it's really not a problem. This controller is fun to use, and if you are just beginning to DJ it's a great learning tool for a very low price. As you advance, a more expensive controller with more features and higher quality components will be appreciated even more.

Cheap. Doesn’t work
First off they make you download a software on your computer to use it that isn’t free. It only lets me play with songs on the software on my computer but the actual controller does not work. The buttons, the spinners, nothing. It only lights up so it’s basically just for show. Will be returning.

Compact and Easy to Learn- Inconsistent and Limited Functionality
I am a beginner, like zero experience at all, and still found that this controller was a bit limited. Pros: it's compact, lightweight, and looks really cool. The light show function is fun and it was easy to set up with my laptop. It's got all the necessary components to learn the basics- if they worked. The noise level was perfect for my small apartment, and I found that it was easy to use and learn on. Cons: The jogwheels are VERY inconsistent- sometimes they work great, sometimes not at all. Mine were often delayed or one side worked while the other didn't, making functionality a nightmare. The music for both decks still came out, even when the crossfader was set to 2 and the pitch fader for 1 was all the way down. The crossfader function didn't seem to work at all for me more than half the time. Again, I am a beginner so some of this might be user error. I'm also beginning to think I just got a dysfunctional controller. I'm in courses right now, and I found that even my mentors suggested upgrading my controller for it's limited capability and inconsistent functionality. I had fun using this before I ultimately decided to return it. It was a great controller to learn the basics on WHEN IT WORKED.

Good
Love it! Small, but perfect for what I needed. Nothing fancy, so check out all the specs before buying. If you want simple and straightforward, this is for you. Good sound. Durable.
