Louder then expected
The enhancing the sound is a lot more than I expected, in a very good way. I have to turn down the volume instead of having it maxed. I work in the medical field am am on the phone all day. Big difference than my old headphones that was a different company. I would recommend these to anyone that has a hard time to hear just like me. When I would need a new pair. I WILL REBUY AGAIN!!

Love these!!
I bought these because I'm super sensitive about how something feels after a few hrs. These were perfect for all day wear, very light weight and superb quality of clarity and functionality!!

Disappointed... Does not work with apple or is it mine?
I thought the cord in between for quick disconnect headset was broken when used with my Apple computer ... I could hear popping and silence when it popped with the sound going in and out. Purchased new cords and still the same but wotks fine with non apple products. For this price, I was really disappointed. I work from home and make calls.

Microphone is lousy. No refund or exchange
Does not work!! The caller I am talking to on the phone said she could not hear me but I thought it was just me not putting the microphone near my mouth. Wrong!!! I finally called myself and left a message. Horrible! I sounded like I was at opposite end of the room. I worked like that for 2 weeks. I wish more clients had said something. I don't have the original box. Theywon't refund or exchange. :(

Great headset for the price!
If you work in a call center these are amazing quality for the price! The sound is really loud and the noise cancelling actually works really good surprisingly. I may by a second pair as backup

Excellent value for the money
I work at home and this has excellent sound quality for the money. It is comfortable and the clarity of sound is comparable to many headsets I have used as a customer service agent in the 20 years I have worked in high end call centers

Great microphone noise cancelling
These are great for working remote when you have other people in the room with you and you don't want everything they say being heard on your on-line meeting. I had tried basic gaming headsets, but they pickup every conversation in the room. With these I don't have to freak out if someone else in the room with me is also on a meeting. Now my co-workers only hear me, not me and all of my family.
