This is just as advertized. We have been using ReadyWise survival foods for years. I bought my first pack about 10 years ago. We have the emergency pack just in case of a tornado or hurricane. We live in the south so we get those from time to time. We also use the food for backpacking or short hiking trips when we need to pack light. We have also used them on Kayaking trips. Super easy to fix and quick. The food is pretty tasty. We prefer ReadyWise over other brands. But to be honest we have not used to many other brands. May branch out and try more. But you can't go wrong with this brand.

So First. It seems to be a nice backpack and the food is all there vacuum sealed. Water is S.O.S good product. So it gets 4 stars. Everything else is 99 cent or less made in china junk. Well the cup might work. Everything else is cheap and would not really on it. Would change out the flashlight for sure or better yet just throw it away pretend you never seen it. I have bought several of these for myself and family. For the money get Ready America bags you can get 2 at this price and those are 2 person 3 day kits for 38.57 each. Ya the food in that one sucks because it is the protein blocks but hay this is for just getting by. For a 1 person 3 day kit there are a lot more better for the price in my opinion.

I bought this for my college kid for a go bag everything he could need is inside. Hopefully he’ll never need it but perfect for a need that may arise

Would absolutely recommend this product to anyone. It listed everything it comes with and most importantly everything was included. Great buy and would definitely purchase again.

Most of the items were cheap China products and the backpack doesn't seem very durable. Also, the food was packaged in plain bags with hard to read text versus the packaging shown here. If that matters to you, then plan accordingly.I bought this to toss into my trunk and have something quick. If you have a bit of time, I'd suggest you purchase the ReadyWise food and water separately, buy a more rugged backpack, and get better made versions of the items shown. (I did like the flashlight.)
