I really like the combs; they're beautiful and they keep my hair up very well even though I have thin, silky hair that doesn't keep pins well. These combs work great for me. The only reason I didn't give it a ffive rating is that most of the combs are beige in color, and I have dark brown hair. I had expected more black/brown combs. It would be great. If the option will be given in the future to purchase all brown, all beige or a 50/50 brown/beige mix when ordering, I will purchase again. Without that option, I will not re-order because I might end up again with mostly light combs which I can't use.

Watch for color coming off beads of clip gets wet. Before wearing run under water to see if they're colorfast (have paper towels ready) . Overall the plastic clips are nice but I will have to restring the one that has some purple beads( I do crafts so no big deal I'll just have to find the right beads). The other two clips are good and have not noticed and issues with them so far. I have thick, long blond hair and the clips are one of the most comfortable ways for me to put my hair back. The only problem is that I wish I could have picked the clips I wanted and that all the beads were colorfast. I received all brown clips with mostly brown and silver beads. One brown clip had just brown and silver beads. I like how the clips feel and act in my hair but the design and colors of the beads I received leave me wanting to remake all of the clips with my own beads.

I wanted to really like these, and thought they would be great to pull hair back into something other than just a pony tail. Unfortunately, you need a lot of hair to be able to use these for the hairstyles they show. I find they are a little difficult to get them aligned right to stay securely in my finer hair. I'm also a little concerned that they may be too tight fitting on my hair and may cause some hair damage. I've only used a couple times and stopped using because of this.

Keeps my thick hair in place after a French twist BUT..I wanted more VARIETY OF COLORS. I ordered these before, and ordered again with the hope getting a few teal, aqua and blue BUT DIDNT GET ANY!! Mostly all in the same color wheel, pink, coral, light green, YUCK, and the combs themselves were yellow! I prefer black or dark brown, my hair color is red. Out of a package of 6-8, I can only use 3! The rest I’ll give away I guess.

These are great practical Combs for the hair. They fit nicely and thick as well as thin hair and the Combs hold tightly together. The designs are nice and I got a good variety although some duplicatesHowever the ad stated that these are wooden beads handmade and put together. I'm finding the majority are plastic beads and not the quality I was looking for, however the quality was good enough for the price that I paid for them.

My sister gave me one of these a few months ago, and I loved it so much I had to buy more. I ordered two sets of the 12, (so I could pass some on to my sisters-in-law and nieces), and there were a nice assortment of light and dark combs, and styles. The sets were nearly identical, with only one or two pieces that had differences in styles/colors. I don't mind having light/dark combs in my medium-brown hair, so that was not a problem for me. There was a wide variety in style and color, with some being dressy enough to wear in a wedding, and others plain enough for everyday/casual/jeans. The combs hold my fine-textured hair very well. There two other features I love about these: when I lean my head back to try to sleep in the car, these combs do not get in my way. They lie very flat to my head, and it is much more comfortable than a big hair clip. The other feature is that I just don't even notice I am wearing these in general. It feels as if I have short hair again: they are that comfortable and fuss-free.

I purchased a pack of 3. I really like them. It takes me a few seconds to recognize which way the clip goes at first, but I rarely do my hair. They are very comfortable. They feel snug and secure without feeling like they're too tight. They don't give me headaches or give me the feeling that a few hairs are being pulled.Another bonus: I can easily drive with these in. The comb curves to the shape of your head so you can use the headrest easily.

I have very thick hair. The first time I used one of the combs it broke and the beads went everywhere. After several emails the company did reimburse me for the money spent but I would not recommend them if you have thick hair.
