Perfect Blackout Blinds!
This blackout blind was very easy to install plus they provided extra adhesive tapes which I used. This blind made the room completely black - we could not see each other at all. There will be no light seeping thru the edges of the blinds either. What an awesome creation!!! I recommend to anyone who wants a dark room easily installed.

Works great! Can cover more than 1 window (depending on dimensions)
Purchased to make the nursery darker for daytime naps. We have very large windows (33” w and 68” L) so one sheet had enough fabric for one window. But if you have standard windows, there’s enough fabric, suction cups, and adhesive strips to do a few windows!Note: We did not end up needing the suction cups. The fabric strips work great.

It works.
I bought this for my son’s nursery. We had blackout curtains in his room, but they were ineffective and summer means sunsets and light coming through them until 10:00 pm or later and it just wasn’t working. This product is a little bit more expensive than similar options out there, but it seems to be worth it. The blackout fabric is great and the silver backing does work to deflect heat. My only complaint about the fabric is that it did come with some small pinholes along the creases. Because I hung it behind an existing pair of curtains, it’s not an issue for our house. It comes with two options for securing the fabric to your window frame: removable Velcro and suction cups. I’ve tried both, and they both work fairly well. The suction cups are nice, but placement is tricky and takes some practice. It’s a great solution for travel. The adhesive Velcro is nice for more “permanent” placement (and it’s what I will use at home) but because it is removable, the adhesion isn’t super-strong and I’m not sure how long it will last.Overall,

Great adhesion and actually black out!
Easy to use and actually makes the room pitch black! I haven’t had any issues with these falling down. I use the permanent sticky at home and the suction cups for travel and it’s been great. There is a smell of plastic when you order open it up but the product is plastic so give it a day to air out and it’s gone. I’ve tried the paper blinds and they still let light in, this does not and it portable!

If you baby need to sleep in darkness for naps or early bed time, get this! Great for travel!
This blackout blind is great! I used it when we traveled to visit family who lived in an area that has a later sunset during summer than what my baby is used to, so at his bed time it was still light out, and it worked like a charm! Easy to use and pretty flat so it's easy to travel with. I use it in various windows at other local families houses when we are visiting them and my son needs to nap; these curtains blocked out all the light, to the point that i cant see my hand in front of my face, which is GREAT for my son because he sleeps better in darker rooms. I used the suction cups, about 5-6 of them depending on the window. The suction cups attach to the fabric via velcro. The suction cups have a velcro back on them, which stick to the velcro you place on the curtain. It holds much better than I expected. I have already recommended this product to a few friends since I like it so much.

"Black-Out Curtains" Do Not Work!
Daughter won't sleep without it! We attach this shade directly to the window since we are renters. After 2 years, the suction cups have gradually become less effective and we used the adhesive velcro directly on the windows. Living in Arizona, the heat of the sun will cause the adhesive to melt on the glass and on the piece that adheres to the shade itself. So we have been facing an issue with it falling off during day time naps. I plan on getting creative though because this is the only thing that actually blocks out light. I've tried multiple brands of alleged "black-out" curtains and none of them compare to this reflective fabric. I notice a considerable temperature difference in her room as well.

Naps during the day time! Yay!
Suction cups did not work out for me... I had to rely on the velcro. I nap during the day and the thickness of the shade blocks out most of the light outside (it peeks in only on the sides where I didn't put enough velcro to hold it to the wall). However, because it it heavy duty, you need to use a decent amount of the velcro around your window to get this thing to stay up. I bought more 3m removable velcro so it could hold up over my big picture window. Not exactly pretty to look at, but it does the job.
