Working well so far. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain related to nerve injury and my Mazda sedan is meant for someone taller, combined with a neck rest provides great support and decreases rounded shoulder posture. Had more than 6 months and no issues thus far. Good value and comfortable. Easy to install.

Very comfortable, but makes me too big for my already small car. My knees touch the dash! I might shave it down some and see how that feels. Otherwise, its very good at supporting my lower back!

I have an Avalon and this works perfectly in the driver's seat (though I cannot now use the heat for my back that my car has). I do not have lumbar pain; I have thoracic pain and this works really well for that. They don't seem to have much for thoracic pain so I tried this and glad I did. I bought another one for my desk chair, and it doesn't work as well for that. I would stick to using it for the car. It is good quality with great support and light weight. It is a great value for the price and easy to install.

This may be the best thing I have ever bought thru Amazon. My wife is having lower lumbar issues. I saw this product advertised on Amazon. I scrolled the other products like it and chose the Dreamer Car Lumbar Support. My wife loves it, absolutely loves it. It helps her on a day today and on a trip she took for several hundred miles. This product is great and we highly recommend to to anyone having trouble. We plan to purchase another for her work desk. The shipment was on time and the packaging was great. This product is very nice, but it is not for anyone that is tall/long legs. Bought this for my husband (who is 6 foot with long legs) who was starting to have back problems while driving to work. He loved the design of the support but once he put it in and sat down it was evident it pushed him up too far. He already had the driver's seat back as far as he could and his knees were up under the steering wheel with the support. Unfortunately he could not drive with this support.

Provides nice back and lumbar support. I drive a semi truck and this helps a lot with supporting your back.

So far so good. My seat back-and-forth control is broken and at back setting. This support brings me a little closer to the steering wheel and allows me to recline back a little (at least that works on the old flivver). Very comfortable.

It didn't suit me for car seat use. Very firm/ hard lumbar support which pushes you too far forward in car seat which then means your upper back is not supported at all unless you curve your back into an unnatural position leaning too far back. This item comes vaccum packed, rolled up and stuffed into a tiny round tube zipperd bag. It was very difficult to pull cushion out of the bag. I absolutley knew there was no way I would get this back into that bag for a return. I didn't take this out of the plastic wrapper and trying to roll it back up to get it into zipped bag was a complete failure. The manufacturer should be more considerate about possible returns as despite me not using it or taking out of plastic wrapper I've had to tape the bag to the item for the return which I feel terrible about. Also don't think it is worth the money at £46. Slight offgassing odour coming though small hole in bag.
