My plumber had some doubts when I told him what I paid for this shower head and handheld. BUT, he was happy to admit his skepticism was not warranted! He said he was surprised by the quality and that the install was uncomplicated. It looks so good and it functions great. I've never been a fan of rainheads, as I assumed the flow would be wimpy. Not so! This one has a good strong flow that rinses my fairly thick hair quickly. Love that. And the handheld is so nice - easy to use, sits solidly in the holder. I would definitely use this system again. Seriously, it's as good as the expensive sets and the 5 star rating is deserved! Get it!!!

This product is very good in quality. She is happy because it has great color and great looks. I like it because it was easy to install with good installation manual and the overall quality of the product is excellent.The price is very affordable. I was skeptical at first because it wasn't a name brand but now I am very happy with this product. I had some technical questions during the buying process and again while doing the install which they're customer service team took care of helping me will no delay. I will recommend this product to everyone I know and I will use again if I renovate another shower.

My wife and I were having our bathroom remodeled and we needed a shower faucet that had a rain spout and a handheld shower head. After searching literally everywhere, we came across this shower faucet. It’s a decent price and has the features that we needed, so I purchased it. After it had arrived, I went through the box. It was packaged extremely well. All parts felt very sturdy and of good quality. This surprised me as it was made abroad. I gave it to my contractor to install, and he told me that it was actually very easy to install, and it was clearly marked. After the bathroom was completed, we gave it a test run. It works great. The pressure is excellent. The diverted is easy to switch between rain shower, handheld, or both. Most of all, it doesn’t leak one bit. I did purchase an additional cartridge, as what I’ve read online stated that these tend to break.We are very pleased with this purchase..

I read all of the reviews and went over different shower faucets for weeks before I made my selection. I'm so glad that I picked this showerhead. It's the BEST. Being able to pick how I want my water flow is amazing. I've had no issues so far and praying it stays that way
