Automatic Watch Winder Vertical Premium Walnut Watch Winders Box with 6+4 Slot Adjustable Upgraded Watch Pillows for Men’s and Lady’s Watches

This is a great watch winder in terms of craftsmanship and the noise level. I really love the finishing and the extra watch storage on top for non-mechanical watches.But as mentioned on other reviews, the watch pillows that comes with the unit doesn't really fit small wrist watches. (6.25 Wrist Size) The unit comes with 2 small and 2 large adjustable watch pillows, and it is the small one that fits my watches the best. Still giving it a 5-star review because the manufacturer with a few email exchanges sent me 8 replacement small watch pillows. (I have seen some reviews that they got the black one as replacements, but I was able to receive the brown ones.)Small minor issue for me is the need for you to open the main door in order to open up the top watch compartment. Not a deal breaker but just hoping that it could be open up easily. I might just do something to stop it from locking.But so far I am really satisfied with the purchase. And hopefully it runs smoothly for a long time.

I ordered this watch case for my Husband for his birthday while he was away. When he came home to open it, one of the watch holders/winders was broken. There was NO sign of damage to the packaging and it was packed up so well. I honestly think it's just one of those things that can just happen. I contacted the seller which was so easy by the way. They heard me out and I sent them a video/picture of the issue. They were so apologetic AND nice! They swiftly sent my Husband complete and brand new watch case! I whole new one!!!!! We received it and it works PERFECTLY!!!!! The watch case is beautiful. It holds large size watches VERY well. My Husband has repeatedly said he wants another one but larger so he can have it for his Man Cave. I would totally buy it from this vendor again and again!

In less than 6 months of operation, two of the three winder mechanisms became loose. When I contacted the seller, I was instructed on how to take the winder apart and tighten the mechanism that attach to the motors. However, this loosening of the mechanism caused damage to the winder’s casing due to the rubbing of the watch holder against the winder’s case. It did not damage the watches that were in the winder at the time, thankfully.After being contacted by the company and providing them with pictures and a video of the damage, they agreed to replace the winder fee of charge. I applaud them, and especially Samantha, my customer service advisor, for their resolution in this matter.The case itself is very nice and the winder has many great features such as backlighting, digital display, and very quiet operation. I keep this in my bedroom on a chest of drawers, and from 7 feet away, you can’t hear it work. Now that I know to tighten the watch holders on a regular basis, I think this will be a good product.

I’ve been looking around for some time like this for quite a while. I’m old school person and like to own multiple automatic watches. This automatic winder definitely was a game changer. It is elegant and so far, has been performing really well. One thing I like is that it can wind in either direction. A few years ago, I used to own another one however it wasn’t as good as this one. From my past experience I knew exactly what I needed to buy so this winder definitely met all my needs. Of course I was a little bit skeptical at first but once it arrived and set it up and felt relieved because I knew I had made the right decision. –I want to highlight its design and how well it is made. I know it might be a bit expensive for some people however based on past experience I can tell you that this one is well worth the money. At least I expect this winder to last 5 or more years.When I was downsizing my options one thing that caught my attention was that the company provides 12 month warranty. I read it in the other people’s comments. Like I said before this is a big purchase so the 12 month warranty was a big plus. Also, other people mentioned that they provide replacement in case something goes wrong. So far, I haven’t had any problem however I feel good knowing my purchase is protected.Great winder. Worth my money. Very happy with my purchase. Will buy again.

Like many, I had ordered, received and appreciated the initial overall look of this refined and elegant watch winder. I purchased the 12 watch winder as I have a number of watches (Rolex, Breitling, Cartier, etc.). Setting the speed and rotational options for the first 6 slots was easy; however, the touch screen and display stops at 6. I see no way to set speeds or rotational options for slots 7-12. The manual which arrived with this product was limited, so I went online to try to find the manufacturer's website or related videos to address my issue. My online search proved that it is incredibly difficult to find evidence that this company even exists. I am beyond frustrated that I have found NO WAY to contact customer service for a $1K watch winder. There may be a simple way to access programing for the last 6 slots of this device, but if there is I have yet to find it. If anyone knows how I may be able to contact the manufacturer, I'd greatly appreciate it!!Months after writing my review I have yet to be contacted by a representative of this company. I DO NOT recommend.
