Arrived crushed
We urgently needed this hat for a costume for a play, but it arrived so badly crushed and badly folded (because it was shipped in a box that was too small) that we are unable to restore its shape and use it at all. Otherwise it seems like a great hat, but sadly unusable because of the poor shipping.
