Disappointed – Faulty Product & Misleading Reviews
I purchased this product on February 12 but only recently got around to using it for the first time. Unfortunately, it does not work as intended. It removes screws from the wall but does not drill them in, no matter what I try. I tested multiple methods, but nothing worked. Very disappointed with this purchase. To make matters worse, the seller is completely unresponsive once they have received your payment. Instead of addressing the issue, they delay responses until your 30-day return window expires. After that, they stop responding entirely. I reached out to Amazon customer service, but since it was just outside the return window, they informed me that there were no options available.I also noticed that the company strategically places only five-star reviews at the top, which is misleading. Not everyone is satisfied with this product, and if you take the time to look at the one- and two-star reviews, you’ll get a much clearer picture of how this company actually operates. They prioritize appearances over quality and customer service. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I have purchased many products on Amazon, and this is the first time a seller has outright ignored an issue. A company that values its customers would take responsibility for faulty products regardless of the timeframe. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. Buyers, beware—you may be left with a defective item and no recourse.

Need a cordless drill/driver? Look no further!
I was looking for an inexpensive drill/driver to make a few repairs in an apartment that I stay in periodically, and didn't want to bring my household "high end" drill/driver in a checked suitcase. Turns out, this drill/driver, while remarkably inexpensive, is solidly built, works like a dream, and is a welcome addition to my small-ish toolbox tucked away in my apartment. I am pleased with the quality, ease-of-use, long-lasting charge, and relatively light weight. I recommend this for anyone looking for a cordless drill/driver, and would re-purchase if and when the time comes to replace one in my home. I've got additional repairs planned for the apartment, so will update this with continued use.

Perfect for DIY Projects and Light Use
The COMOWARE 20V Cordless Drill is great for anyone, especially for a woman living alone who doesn’t want to invest in an expensive brand. It gets the job done with good power and can easily handle the materials I’ve worked with. It’s also easy to learn how to use, making it beginner-friendly.While it did spark a bit during use, which was concerning at first, I didn’t experience any issues like the battery catching on fire, as mentioned in some reviews. The only downside is that the battery doesn’t last as long as I’d like. Overall, it’s a solid, affordable choice for light DIY projects.

pretty darn good!
never owned a hand drill myself, and i needed a basic one really fast- so this one was a life saver!i have small hands, so this one works wonderfully for me. and i adore the colours, they're my favourite!i like the selection of bits it comes with, pretty much all of the standard ones you need for basic house stuff. the first project i used this for was to assemble a big piece of furniture and it did the job well! i used it to drill some holes for a custom mirror too.it comes in a neat little case that you can easily store. i'm very happy with my purchase

It started smoking and stopped working completely
I was really excited to get this affordable drill that looked like it wasn’t too heavy. I just needed it to put a curtain rod up and take apart a bed frame, little projects like that. Unfortunately when I was unscrewing a screw in the bed frame that was a little more stuck than the others, I noticed the drill started SMOKING and a strong scent of burning plastic filled up the room. The trigger button got stuck I think it overheated and plastic inside of it got melted in place. It completely stopped working and is permanently stuck that way. I had to hand unscrew the remaining screw, ( which wasn’t even that stuck tbh). I only used the drill once before that. This drill is not gonna last ya! Spend the extra money and get a heavy duty one from a name brand that will last your whole life instead

Excellent for the price.
I use this drill for light duty around the house, and therefore am not asking for much out of it. Being that it was on sale for around $35 when I bought it, it was COMPLETELY worth the price. I'd say it's probably worth paying nearly twice that, and it pleasantly surprised me.My guess is that the batteries will be the weakest link. The charger is on the higher end of it's capabilities to push the required charging amperage, and with how warm it gets, I honestly don't feel 100% comfortable letting it charge unattended if in a place where it could cause serious damage if it had an issue. This could just be me being overly cautious, but it never hurts.I'm also not too sure you'll be able to source additional power packs for this unit. But frankly, with as cheap as the drills are, you can probably just buy a whole other unit and still be ahead. I'm sure it's just standard 18650's in the pack so if you're a tinkerer familiar with batteries, when they start losing the ability to hold a charge you can likely just replace them yourself with a bit of electrical surgery.Even with all that being said, if you don't ask more out of this drill than can be reasonably expected of it, I can definitely recommend it at this price point.

Small but handy.
This is a great drill for little jobs. Not a lot of torque. With that said; It’s perfect for small household needs. I also like, the fact that, it comes with a case.

Better than expected for the price 👌🏽
I purchased this for my senior citizen parent. He loved it, all the features and ease of operation. My only concern was that the paperwork didn't have anything written or a picture of where the charging port was. It took a minute to find. But once you do find it, everything is easy.
