Recommend, but…
Hay it works! Never took it before, but wanted a natural alternative. Took one pill at bedtime, and it started working in about 4 hours. No diarrhea, no running, no after effects that I was aware of. Only works for about 24 hours though. Surprised, looked into it a little more, and supposedly it is a product that the body gets used to. So if you take it long term, you will find you need more and more of it to get the same effect. And from some reviews it looks that that maybe the case. So maybe have a backup plan in case it doesn’t work. Otherwise, all good. Will say prefer it over the regular ones. 👍

Effective and gentle
I like that this is also a mild stool softener, because... yeah , you never know when you try something new. But no problems with this at all, and it seems to have a staying power if used regularly .... which is kinda the point, huh? Highly recommend.

Take it at least at night
Besides taking this at night, should be at least 8 hours before you need to wake up. It works .. Im a frequent traveler to the toilet thanks to Senna (2-3 times a day). Yup... I'm full of it 😁
