Very sharp point to pierce hard milias and whiteheads. The reverse end of this tool cleans up the gunk that comes out of the hole. Has two screw on caps to protect you and your tool. For adults only. Surgical sharp.

Tip isn't as sharp as I expected
Seems like a quality tool but the tip isn't as sharp as it really should be. The end caps also seem to wok loose on their own.
