Permacharts Diabetes Quick Reference Guide - Medical Chart

I got the diabetes one and a few others to carry around with me when i see patients for home health so I could have some quick education material that i could wipe down. They have some good info and well laminated and they seem to be holding up ok in the bottom of my nurse bag but i have yet to pull any of them out and actually used them lol. They are nice though.
