Modernist Pizza

If you like cheap frozen pizza or make your own sourdough bases and have a pizza oven this is for you.Ok you might need to remortgage the house or sell one of the children but it is a fantastic book.It is NOT cheap.It is huge and heavy. (Makes a nice small coffee table)It has some beautiful photographs and a lot of history of culture and development of all things pizza.There are recipes and guides, but some might not be easy for the beginner.I love it.
