Love hose reel. Good quality, easy assemble, and way better than dragging hoses. Would buy again.

The instructions are very poor.

When the box was opened one of the tires was flat. Impossible to fix those Chinese tires with tubes in them. Had a extra wheel but it had to be modified in order to fit on the axle. Assembly instructions are almost useless bur common sense works.

I've assembled many cheap Chinese products over the years but MAN this one takes the cake, this is a cheaply made, hard to assemble hose reel. The only positive thing I can think about is at least its light. other than that the bracket that holds the hose inlet doesn't fit to the metal reel, the wheels are poorly held on by pins and it creaks and wiggles exactly like you'd expect a 100 year old hose reel to. I would spend the extra money and just get a more expensive sturdier hose reel if you are looking for long term use.

Easy to push and move, however there is no place to hold steady to prevent the unit from rolling while reeling in the hose after use.
