Its super easy to handle. Feel is really premium. This is my second gimbal from zhiyun, already had smooth Q2. Q2 had a shortcoming with wide angle camera captures which has been addressed really well in Q3. Easy to balance and almost ready to go. I really like the placement of functional buttons on the gimbal, they are placed at really comfortable positions and help use it with utmost ease. Battery life is really good. Definitely a keeper.

If you're only using it with the phone and no accessories attached to the phone, you can use this up to an iPhone max (if carefully balanced. However, the locknut that you should be able to use on the extendible gimbal arm doesn't work. I liked the gimbal enough to order a second one and return the first, but the second one I just received, also won't lock. The arm slides up and down easily regardless of whether you have the lock nut firmly tightened or not. The gimbal arm does stay in place, as it clicks into place so I could use and test it out, but I don't feel comfortable using it without being able to lock the extendible arm in place, so, unfortunately, returning the second one rather than replacing. Even so, I'm trying the Smooth 5, because after testing with the Q3, I decided that a heavier duty gimbal was better for my needs as I intend to add some accessories to my phone. I was planning on sending the Q3 to my daughter for her use, but now it's just going to be returned. Must be a simple quality control problem with the current batch as I cannot find anyone else with this issue.

This is a very good stabilizer with a good gamble as well.. does awesome if your trying to watch the stars!

The product is very bad the connectivity is super fatal I don't know how they think of sending a product in Chinese language when to the country where it is distributed is USA the indications are in unknown language and also the price is very high for how defective the product is it is downloaded very quickly!!! DON'T SELL IT ANYMORE, PLEASE

This thing works beautifully. Using their app may or may not be useful to you, but it also comes in handy. The stabilization this gives for my mobile phone is great. It works well with my Samsung Galaxy S9+, S10+, and Note10 Plus. But, unfortunately my Note20 Ultra is too large. Other than that, it's wonderful and now I'm getting the gamble for my DSLR next!

The button front of smooth not working.

Simply works. Very easy to set up - you end up with a fantastic stable image from a small and lightweight product. The included app for your phone is much better than I initially expected. Really nice product.

Plus léger, plus efficace, rabattable et très bon marché. Ci-dessous les facteurs qui me convainquent. -La stabilité est plus important. Bien sûr, ZHIYUN est toujours fiable . -La conception de la glissière classique est très facile à ranger. - Lumière rotative à 180° avec un bouton tactile pour éclairer tous les angles avec trois niveaux de luminosité réglables. ( Un design excellent pour les gens qui aiment prendre des selfies ) -Suivi intelligent avec une simple pression via l’application est TOP pour notre Vlog -Les membres de ZY Prime pourrez utilise AILive dans ZY Cami pour utiliser la fonction de suivi du visage en direct comme un pro. -L’ appareil et sa application sont très facile à prendre en main, même pour une totale débutante ! Bref, un produit qui me satisfait beaucoup beaucoup. Je vais racheter un nouveau pour ma fille comme un cadeau. (Elle aime beaucoup photographier et partager sa vie quotidienne).
