BLUBERY13" Sand Filter with 1/3HP Prefilter Pump System, Handy 7-Way Valve .Blue

I've never used a sand filtration so I was skeptical,, but my pool went from OMG it's green to WOW ! It took 1 day to achieve cloudy blue and with shock treatment that evening it was beautiful clear blue the next. It's not as complicated to set up as it may look and is very quiet too !! Love it !Update 7/15/22 The pump is still keeping my pool clear but on different occasions it's been leaking around the top of sand container , a couple of times I ran it briefly thru waste setting and back wash that fixed the leak, but today I checked it and it's still leaking ever so slightly even tho it wasn't ran all night. Not sure yet what maybe the cause of the leak but update when I do figure it out !! Still a great product !!

Seems to be a nice pump and filter for a small pool. Price was good, took a week to get so was able to order sand and have it ready. Easy and quick to put together. Very hard to keep small pools clean, most come with small cartridge filters and pump and no way to vacuum, problem solved with this setup. So far very pleased.

This is an incredible bargain! A few things to note, first if you don’t already have some rubber splicing tape pick up a cheap roll with your order. Second check all the O-rings and make sure to lubricate them when you install them. Wrap each barbed hose fitting with the rubber splicing tape before pushing the hose on and you will have no problem with leaks. All fittings need only be hand tight (that’s what the o-rings are for).A couple things that were not so great, there is no power switch or timer with this pump. If you don’t already have a separate timer you will need to buy one. The black hose that comes to connect the pump to the filter is too short in my opinion, maybe I could have stretched it but I used a different one.My install had a couple small leaks that were easily remedied. Again splicing tape and O-rings. It runs excellent, and super quiet.

Our Intex pool cover caved in this past Fall and it was a disaster. The Intex pump was useless and I went through 9 filters then the bought the Blueberry sand filter. What would have taken my old pump a month and 20+filters this pump did in two days. Also: the old pump wouldn't move our automatic vacuum around the pool but this pump moves it all day long. Completely Satisfied with this product.

I had a problem with this pump so I reached out to the seller. The response was timely and the issue was resolved quickly. I sent several emails and each time I received an answer. I would buy from this seller again. The pump wasn’t hard to put together if you follow the directions.

All npt fittings were very sloppy! Fittings needed a lot thread sealer to stop the leaks! Now the pump seal is leaking!! Can I get parts for this pump?? Would not buy this pump again! Not worth the money..

Perfect size for a cowboy pool! Easy to set up and plenty of flow to keep your water crystal clear!

Did not come w a needed hose to connect to pool.
