Glass Bottles are hard to find
These bottles have a thick glass that does not break easily, my baby did great with the nipples on them, not to hard to clean. With glass bottles you don't have many options...these are worth a try.

very bad quality
The one good thing about glass bottles it is a pleasure to clean! Other than that these bottles had such poor nipple quality. My baby managed to tear one nipple hole so all the milk came gushing out which caused him to choke. The second cover just leaks everywhere!!! I would not recommend these bottles sometimes it pays to pay a little more, it saves money at the end!

Changed the Nipples? Still bad
I should have read these reviews before buying 6 of these. My son could not suck on these nipples, they are really HARD. It's peculiar that the other posters have commented on them being fragile...In any event the nipples are BAD.

HORRIBLE NIPPLE
I used this on my newborn and each time she would drink only 1 oz and then would fall asleep. After a few feedings I realize WHY she was only drinking so little. The nipple's hole is practically not a hole. My daughter would have to use up all her energy to drink that she would exhaust herself before being full!I had to make the hole bigger myself and then she would finally drink more. She would drink about 2 - 3 ounces from the Gerber bottles and would drink only 1 from this because of the SUPER SLOW flow. Also, one of the bottle didn't even have a hole. I had to poke the hole in myself. The bottle itself was great. Comfortable to hold & the color neck makes it look good.If you are to buy this bottle, buy yourself new nipples for this bottle as well because your baby would tire her/himself before being full.

Cool design, affordable glass bottles
I love these bottles! Used them 4 years ago and was excited to find them on here when I needed a few more for next baby. The grip helps prevent slips since the bottle is glass. I like knowing there are no funny plastic chemicals that we will find out later could harm our children. The mix was as shown, one of each color. Wish there was a choice, because I am not using a pink lid for my baby boy. These fit my Medela pump in style so I can pump directly into glass and avoid plastic bottles.

Terrible nipple quality and bad ventilation
I bought these at Target b/c they were far more economical than Born Free/Medela brands, which is what we have in the way of plastic bottles. Mistake on my part! Invest in higher quality bottles. 3 of 4 nipples we bought tore through when washing for the 1st time (as mentioned in other reviews on Amazon). Our daughter is 9 months old, and this has never happened with any of our other nipples in that entire time. Also, when I fed her from the bottle in the middle of the night, there was a continuous leaking air sound, which made me paranoid that it was going to give our little one a serious tummy ache. After trying to fix it a couple of times (not easy in the middle of the night w/a fussy baby waiting to be fed!), I finally gave up and breastfed instead. This bottle and the nipples will be going straight to the recycle bin, and next time I'll assume the correlation between price and quality.

Poorly designed glass bottles
I was given these bottles as a gift. In my assessment they have two major problems. The first problem is that the nipples are poorly designed and crack. After only one or two uses and washes, the top of the nipple (where there should just be a small hole) cracks open. This is dangerous because it causes the milk to gush into the baby's mouth. (This happened with all three of our nipples in short order.) The second problem is that the glass gets very warm when you heat the bottles, and there is no sleeve or any other barrier between the bottle and your hand. Instead of these bottles, I highly recommend the Life Factory weego glass bottles. Lifefactory BPA-Free Glass Baby Bottle-4 Pack (9 oz.- Raspberry and Pink) Upon repeated uses, the nipples of the Life Factory bottles are in tact, and the silicone sleeve prevents slipping and provides a bit of insulation between the bottle and your hand. Plus, they are super cute.As an aside, I find the poor quality of these bottles surprising given the fact that I have been happy with other Munchkin brand products (the dishwasher basket, the bottle brushes, etc).
