RUBBER FLEXX LEAK STOP 530ml

This worked great to seal a crack in a toilet tank that was very slowly leaking. I sprayed it on and around the crack, waited overnight for it to dry up well and it worked like a charm, no more leaks. It has been done for over 2 months now and still no leaking. It saved me from buying another toilet.I also patched some loose shingles on the roof and has held up well there too.

Got this product to help seal around my skylights on my roof, it was easy to use,a decent price and seemed to work for awhile, but had to get back on my roof just to inspect things and it does crack,so I have had to try other products.

I had a leak by the boiler chimney stack on the roof of our two story home. I was not exactly sure where the “pinhole” was, so I ordered two cans of Leak Stopper Rubber Flexx Leak Repair & Sealant Spray 18 Oz, and sprayed it all around the chimney area where is protruded thru the roof. After a heavy rain we were happy to see, no more leak. It “ Fixed the roof leak!”

I used the Leak Stopper Rubber Flexx Leak Repair & Sealant Spray 18 Oz on old cast-iron pipes that are leaking. The pipes are in very bad condition and not easy to replace. So, I tried this to hold me over until I can get the entire line replaced. I had to do a few coats to get good coverage. One coat was not enough. It took a few days to really set and cure well enough to stop the leaks. This is not a permanent fix, but it is holding up pretty well. It's been almost year and the areas I covered with this spray are still holding up while the pipe continues to deteriorate.
