I am 67 years old. I am 5’5” and started this weighing 154.4 pounds. I have been a competitive bodybuilder for over 40 years and let myself go. I got tired of looking at myself and decided it was time to do something about it. I have been eating a 500 to 600 calorie diet. Eating fish tilapia tuna packed in water and I rinse it, cottage cheese low fat ( half a cup) egg beaters turkey burgers chicken. I am usually eating a 4 ounce serving of the proteins and they are packaged that way. I am eating a lot of leafy greens..as in salads with cucumber tomatoes onions red beets green beans. I stay away from corn peas carrots as they are starchy. I am eating as much as I want of the salad. I bought skinny girl dressing from Amazon which is reasonably priced and taste good. I do use the Himalayan salt just a pinch. I research everything before I put it in my mouth. Like watermelon.. 🍉 that’s only a treat 1 cup . Watermelon is a little high on the glycemic scale but has a low glycemic load. Not eating anything that would spike my blood sugar levels. I am doing 3 miles a day 45 minutes of weight lifting. I am burning over 2000 calories a day. Making about a1500 calorie deficit. Now having said all that in one month I have lost 8 pounds. So the question is .. is this supplement working. I think even without it doing everything I have been doing I would still have accomplished this much. But it did give me hope and motivate me. The taste is fine I only had side effects when I took additional vitamins. I think it also helps with cravings.. because I no longer want to eat the chocolate icing off the cake 🤣 Every body is different what works for one might not work for another. It’s a personal experience. I am going to continue with the bottle till done but not sure I will invest in more.
