Del Destino Fire Roasted Red Peppers 42 Oz

I bought a 42oz jar of these peppers from Costco a while back. They were beautifully cleaned (pitted, cut) and were absolutely delicious They kept very well in the fridge over time. I can't imagine why anyone would give a one star rating.

I love to use these on sandwiches. This order was overcooked and the peppers did not hold together. The flavor was good.

One of two jars leaked. Several days later the peppers were moldy.

I have purchased these from Costco for years, we eat a jar a week, on everything. We truly love the taste and most of all the firm texture. However, the previous two batches were mush and I took them back. This weeks' batch was jusy as bad, but I dug down and the top two inches are mush, deeper down they're fine. Someone screwed up the processing. Please fix it. I need my good peppers back 😊

these peppers became moldy in 3 weeks
