Very good!
I'm learning French myself using Babbel and a few other resources. I found this book really helps to complement and firm up what I've learnt. Although it does explain most grammar concepts really well it's not really a stand alone grammar book and I think it's best used alongside another course to challenge and reinforce your learning. The questions are well thought out and throw a good few edge cases in to really press home the different concepts. The audio clips are also clear and very helpful. I've already got the intermediate book and will start that next. Highly recommended.

Highly Reccomend
I bought this book after having listened to the French short stores to aid my understanding of the language. It has been really helpful as not only has it helped improve grammar it has also shown the formal and informal so I can converse easier with my partners family, I feel more at ease when conversing with them now. This has been very helpful! Highly recommend to anyone trying to learn from scratch or brush up and improve your knowledge.

Noticed errors - not v impressed
I only got this kindle book yesterday, and although I really like the engaging way it’s written, I’m not sure if I should return it because of some errors that I (and other reviewers) have noticed. For example, in exercise 2.4 question 9 you have to fill the blanks in with le or la - it says that ‘sable’ is a feminine noun, insinuating the correct answer would be ‘la’, but then the answer tells you to use “le” which is masculine. I looked it up and sable is indeed a masculine noun, so why does it say it’s feminine in the question? I attached screenshots to show the inconsistency. I am very early on in the book and I wonder if it’s worth continuing to read it as there may be many more errors. Not very impressed, but it’s a shame as the exercises are very engaging.

Amazing book!!
I chose this book for its appealing cover. When I finished reading it, I realized that it was much more than just a cover. The book is filled with entertaining content, which kept me reading for hours without notice. The book gives an insight into how french grammar is used; also, it provides some conjugation with charts and examples.I highly recommend any reader looking to learn the French language.Personally I would give it a 5 star review.

An Amazing Buy!!
The book is one of its kind for beginners aspiring to learn French.I found the author really practical in her introduction to the book. The author has clearly underlined the need of 800 hours to get fluent with a language. The contents have the french and equivalent English word which is very helpful for a beginner like myself. The book has been broken down into very simple chapters taking the reader through various stages.I found the exercise at each of the chapter very helpful as I can test myself at the end of each chapter. Also I personally loved the fun fact at end of each chapter.I would definitely recommend this book to anyone trying to learn French. The author takes the reader through a fun filled learning experience.

I've been trying to access the tracks mentioned throughout the book but not able. not sure if the site has changed. I'm also looking for how to contact the seller to ask for a link but can't find that information either

Excellent Addition to French Language Learning
I purchased this book as an aid to my Duolingo course. The grammar has become confusing and is hindering my progress. This book has helped me a lot and I'm just half way through. I also bought the intermediate book. Highly recommended for language learning.

Short chapters, easy and helpful, audio component, & fun!
I took French for several years in school and have been wanting to freshen up on it and I'm really glad I tried this book out! The ebook format was really convenient for me. It's set up as 30 days, with a short 10-15 "ebook length" pages each. Short chapters were really easy for me to do, and the "days" motivated me to open it back up. There's also audio included to downloaded which was awesome for certain bits.It has a great mix of clear and helpful explanations, m/c, fill in the blank, info tables, etc. The answers to the practice problems are at the end of each chapter/day which I found really convenient because it would have driven me crazy to have to flip to the back of the book for every answer lol. But most of all I liked that I enjoyed this book! It doesn't just teach the language, but includes interesting cultural info like how you should act in France (don't kiss people you don't know when greeting them lol). And every chapter includes a fun fact! It made the learning process really enjoyable for me! Example Fun Fact: April Fools Day is believed to have originated in France, in 1564, when the country started following the Gregorian Calendar. Those that did not know about the change in the calendar were mocked as they continued to believe that the 1st of April was the first day of the French new year.
