This product is not safe, I got it today and put in microwave for 50 seconds as suggested in the directions. But exploded. Complete waste of money

Quickly freezes if needed urgently,hot or cold excellent,for me it's best to use it for Cold therapy only,Premium quality,Recommended for purchase,would definitely get another one, but please give a discount, I might buy more.....

Works well but not very hard wearing
Speedy delivery and good size. Worked well first few times, however, used for cold pack purposes and after a few days use, the gel started leaking out of the side of the pouch - so quality is not great - has happened with both of them now.
