Just works from the get go

I read other reviews and so I was sceptical, but I really need a presentation pointer to work with my 2020 IPad Pro and this seemed to be the only one, so I gave it a go.At first my iPad couldn’t find it, after a full charge it worked perfectly. I also contacted customer service through the contact form on their website and they responded quickly.

I’ve been looking around for remote to go with my keynote presentations on iPad and was pleased to find this on Amazon.I do read reviews and generally was happy that this would do the job. It arrived swiftly with the remote a very brief instruction leaflet and charger for USB however not a USB connector. I ended up plugging it into my wife’s chrome after realizing that the green flashing light when turned on didn’t mean there was sufficient charge for it to connect to my iPad via Bluetooth. Having also acquired my wife’s phone charger I was also able to charge it.When plugged in the green flashing light on the front is red until turning green on full charge. Hey presto it connected to my iPad without hesitation and has been used very successfully over the last two days.All in all really pleased making it a pleasure to present without the hassle of trying to pair my iPhone with iPad and being able to walk around whilst moving between slides without concern. Black screen button also very handy.It would have had five stars if not for the charger and lack of better instructions.

After a short while the clicker suddenly clicked through all the slides and finished the presentation. This is very embarrassing. Do not buy

It is a little pricy for what it is but it’s built well, it is simple to connect and works perfectly with my IPad Pro.Also can be charged using iPad charging cable and hold a charge well.I would definitely recommend this clicker to others.

What’s not to love about this product

If Apple made a wireless presentation remote for the iPad Pro this would be it!!

This is an excellent presentation remote. The body has some weight to it and doesn't feel like cheap plastic. The buttons are the right size and intuitively placed. It pairs hassle free with Bluetooth. It's excellent if you want use PowerPoint on an iPad Pro as I do. The USB remotes won't work with an iPad without an adapter because there's no port.This was a bit pricey but I've used it now in several presentations and it was well worth the money.

Key gets stuck, Bluetooth connectivity weekens just after starting presentation. Unfortunately all this is happening just after return window time expired. I wish Amazon intervenes and allow me to return or address this problem.
