Much better than expected!
These are supposed to be Blue switches. I say "supposed to" because I ordered 2, and one was Blue and the other Red. Like, what the heck? But it's fine, I actually wanted one of each, so it was a pleasant surprise. Still, a bit weird. The keyboard is nice. I had no issues with it so far. I use one with Windows and one with Mac, and I love that it has those OS specific modes. RGB is very bright and highly customizable, even without any software, I simply adjust the settings on the keyboard itself (well, it's not that simple, but the instruction manual explains it well). For the price, I'd say it's freaking epic. Definitely feels like it should be at least $60. It's a known name brand, the materials feel great... it does feel premium. I also use Corsair, Razer, Logitech and Asus keyboards, and these Cooler Master ones are on par with all those in quality and features. I like it better than my HyperX Alloy Origin too, which was a much more expensive keyboard, but their aqua switches are kind of weird. Anyway, i digress. The packaging was perfect. All sealed and brand new. No damage. Hard to believe these go for $20 a pop. I might order another one, or two, just to keep as back-ups for the future.Only one complaint, and it's not the product, really, but the layout takes some time to get used to, especially the small right shift key, for me. After using it for almost two weeks, I'm getting very comfortable with it, but I still miss it sometimes, as it's hard for me to get used to hitting the regular key sized shift, after decades of using an extended longer key. It's more of a "me" issue though, and I'm getting better with it with every day, so I expect to fully adjust in a couple more weeks. I know most people mainly use the left shift key anyway, I just never learned it right, I guess.

Everything I wanted, but profile isn't "low"
I was extremely picky when shopping. I wanted:- All white- Low Profile- Blue or Brown switches- Compatibility with Apple, including key caps properly labeled- 70% to 75% keyboard- Arrow keys positioned reasonably- LED back lightingALL of these were delivered DELIGHTFULLY and I love the keyboard, but with one heavy downside:I don't consider this "low profile." It has the keycaps that *look* low profile, but it's actually very average height, my fingers have to climb over keys. I make a lot of typing mistakes, even as I type this now. When I switch back to my other low profile keyboard, I instantly start typing more naturally, and when I come back to this cooler master keyboard, my fingers tell me instantly that it's not actually low profile and typing is harder than I expected.I read other negative reviews about bent/misaligned boards that don't balance on their desktop, or dim LEDs... I had none of these issues. It's a HIGH quality build and the LEDs are bright! If the profile were just lower like my other keyboard, it would honestly be perfect in every way.Tip for mac users: Read the entire little instruction manual it comes with. There is a keystroke you need to do the first time you use it in order to set it to "mac mode" or whatever - it comes out of the box in windows mode, so your alt keys and similar keys won't work.

Not a fan
I have the wired cherry blue version in white. Its a very nice looking compact keyboard with a the functionality of a TKL. Dedicated arrow and delete keys. I dig it.I bought this and the SK630 to decide between the 2. SK620 wins hands down for me with one acceptation. The SK630 uses the coolermaster portal software for customizing the leds and the SK620 uses the coolermaster plus. The plus for some reason doesn't have random color options for a lot of the presets where the portal does. I don't get it.The wired version I got doesn't seem to have any warping issues that have been stated for the wireless. No wobble with or without the legs being up or down. All in all I think it's a great compact board that has done something new with the key lay out in the compact board space.1 Year Edit: Keyboard is now unusable. As others have mentioned multiple keys will either be unresponsive, triple or double press. Backspace only work 30% of the time

Key Caps Wear Fast
I had high hopes for this keyboard, but ended up being disappointed. The key caps wore just shortly after 90 days. Very disappointed as I have other Cooler Master keyboards that are used daily with no key cap wear. Cooler Master warranty support has not been much help since this keyboard has been since discontinued. Beware if you choose to buy!

great value not as great quality
first of all, this is NOT HOT SWAPPABLE kind of disappointed but I do like how the keycaps feel the actual low-profile switches are not that good some of them when pressed have super high-pitched spring ping but definitely a cool little low-profile keyboard!

2 months of extremely light use
Backspace and left shift are working on every 3rd try. Some other buttons are not registering occasionally. This is the worst keyboard I ever had in my life, dating from beginning of 90's!Garbage product! My bad trying to be cheap and going with CM.
