Wow, this company has won me over with their terrific product and impressive customer service.I was disappointed the first time I bought these towels because they shrank significantly. Everything else was great--sustainable, absorbent, attractive--and even though I had expected some shrinkage due to the natural fibers, I couldn't really recommend them when they became so small if not treated like fine linens--which I am just not prepared to do with dish towels.Not long after my review I received an extremely thoughtful email from the company regarding product changes that were made, inspired by buyers' comments. Full disclosure: They then sent me (unsolicited) a set of their new and improved product to check out. I was happy to see that they were cut larger to provide for the inevitable shrinkage. I just washed them for the first time and, as promised, they shrank much less than before. I love using these towels because they are attractive and responsible while doing the job--and I know the company stands behind their product. That is the true definition of a sustainable business, and the kind I want to support. You should feel good buying these towels.

These towels are amazing! They are soft, absorbent, and look great in my kitchen. I washed them first, and they shrunk a little, but not too much. Also, they didn't wrinkle that much either. I LOVE the company that makes them; it's definitely worth checking out their website to learn about their mission. I received three towels, each with a different but complementary pattern. I will order these again as gifts for eco-conscious friends.

I was a bit skeptical of these towels, as I've gone through a number of brands and never find them absorbent enough. I took a chance with these and am so pleased I'm here to buy a second set.They are nice to look at and they are solid towels. They absorb very well and are soft but not too soft. They look nice in my kitchen. They do wrinkle a bit when washed but either fold them aggressively or give them a quick iron if you're really picky. I find a quick hard fold right out of the dryer works well to reduce enough wrinkles that I'm okay hanging them up.If you're looking for a work horse towel that looks good in your kitchen, look no further.

I like the weight and patterns of these towels, love the hanger loops and love that they are recycled. I washed them before use, and I found one of the weaves came out of the dryer presentable, and the other two are rather wrinkled. I pulled them fresh from the wash so the two patterns would need ironing if I were wanting them to look more crisp. I'll settle for crumpled since I hate ironing, lol. I hung one and used it immediately, and some of the wrinkles fell out with that first use, so that helps.

These towels are very nice looking, I use for hand towels in bathroom or kitchen, but one of them is always so wrinkled it looks terrible. I am not ironing a hand towel so I just use it wrinkled but it annoys me. They do have the loop to hang with and the colors are nice.

I just opened my towels. One had a different design, which I love. I love the sustainable aspect. They look good and work well. Win, win, win. I've purchased them a second time for our family round robin Christmas.

They look nice but if you actually want to dry anything at all then skip this item.

They look very hardy tea towels and I was especially pleased that they were eco-friendly. However, I had to return them as I no longer needed them.
