If you're wondering whether you should get this book then I'd advise to just go for it, it is one of the most inspiring books I've read on this subject in a long time. I needed some inspiration for my Yoga Nidras as was feeling like I was in a bit of rut and this book has completely helped me breathe new life into my scripts, it's been an absolute godsend. It's so beautifully written and carefully put together, I honestly can't say enough good things, I love this book!

This book is a great resource to inspire and uplift you. I have drawn on it a lot for yoga class planning. It is a great “go to” if you find yourself short on time and need a ready made class plan complete with themes, readings, meditations and asana. I’m glad I purchased this book. I can also recommend “The Language of Yin” by the same author.

This is yet another brilliant book by Gabriella. The language of yin was inspirational and so is this. Full of inspiring sequences, themes, quotes…Every time I open the book at any random page, there is something to that informs my teaching or practice.Recommended

I loved her first book on Yin and when I saw this book I bought without hesitation. I was not disappointed! This is an excellent resource for yoga teachers new and experienced. Full of wonderful ideas and inspiration.The only downside is the cover is quite thin and only after one day it has started to curl. Does anyone know of how I can prevent it from curling more?
