No bad laminations so far.
takes a while to heat up but works fine. no issues or bad jobs.

Nice unit works relatively well for the occasional laminating job. Couldn't beat the price worth having around.

Easy Replacement for a faulty machine.
I received the A3 Laminator Model LM 381 as a birthday present but after one use the heating element didn't work the second time. I emailed the company and they were kind enough to send me a new one. The laminator is easy to use and fits perfectly on my desk.

Too hot? Page got eaten.
It has been great and easy to use so far, with the exception of what I assume is a heat control issue. I have been laminating a bunch of stuff for homeschool, and it must’ve gotten too hot? I slid the page in, and nothing came out. I’m going to have to take it apart and see what I can do, I guess.

30 minutes of use only.
I purchased this larger unit to process multiple sheets at a time. I got it out of the box yesterday and proceeded to laminate older newspaper articles. I got about 10 done, and the laminator swallowed one of my items, and I contacted the company as the instructions said. In the end, they wanted pictures and wanted me to take it apart and retrieve the stuck item. Then I got this from them - " This is a paper jam. If you need to laminate a large number of documents, we recommend using the laminator for half an hour, then waiting about ten minutes to allow it to cool down. Otherwise, the temperature will continue to rise, damaging the laminating film and causing it to get caught in the machine."

It is a very good quality machine. Excellent value for money.Functionality is quite, smooth, and effective. Built quality is strong. Laminating speed is fast. Easy to use. Although costly product but A3 and A4 lamination is bubble free, straight and for 125 micronl laminating pouch paper inside looks bright and neat. It works on 110V, has a rounder clipper in it. Thanks Amazon, Thank you seller.

I chose this laminator over a cheaper 13" option specifically because the listing claimed that it could handle up to 16". Turns out, that was just a complete lie; the laminator only handles up to 13". Not a trustworthy listing.
