Can't get enough of these type of books to help me adjust to GF baking.

I like the recipes, but there's ingredients I'm unable to eat, e.g. eggs, olive oil, vinegar, milk etc.Also, as the author is American, the weighing measures are in cups. This doesn't translate well for cooks in the UK, as we use grams etc.

A present for my Daughter she is delighted and cannot wait to try out some of the recipes.

Gave this cook book to my girlfriend for Christmas! She was very happy!

I received this book today loved all the recipes but as its an America bread book the cooking temperatures are redicolus they are in 110f or 350f tried to look up conversion for my electric cooker but the confusion got worse. Not a happy bunny
