Our Russian tortoise was adopted from a shelter and he need some TLC. He was picky and after months of hand feeding, I was able to get some variety. I introduced this gel meal supplement wrapped in his favorite lettuce and he gobbled it up! He is healthier, brighter, and overall gaining weight finally. This is super food with best of the best ingredients!

My vet recommended Repashy years ago. I’ve been making it ever since. I don’t have access to fresh weeds and grasses so I feel better supplementing my Hermanns diet with Repashy, and I mix grassland tortoise food in for the extra fiber. And for those who have comments regarding the consistency, it really comes down to figuring out what your tortoise prefers, IMO. I make the mixture so that when it solidifies it’s firm but certainly not hard (it mushes with ease with pressure). I prefer having a bit of extra moisture in it. I feel better knowing “Herman” has a well balanced diet and he enjoys it😃

My tortoise’s body cannot absorb nutrients correctly so his growth was extremely stunted. The vet had me switch him to Repashy and it did wonders. The first picture is of him in April when he was 75grams. The second picture is from the beginning of August and he now weighs 164grams! He is finally starting to grow to the size he should be at a little over 1 1/2 years old. He is more active and his shell and growth lines as really strong and healthy. This food literally saved him and improved his quality of life.

I could not get my Shelly to eat any weeds, Grasses or hays. This provides everything she needs and would find in the wild. She loves it. Never leaves anything behind. I also mix in it flukers tortise diet for the extra nutrients. A must have for your picky tort!! 🐢🐢

My tortoise wouldn't eat it. From what I have found with a tortoise is they can be as picky as a child when it comes to what they will eat. So it is nothing against the product just that it proves people who love their tortoises will spend money to try a new food.

I wasn't sure if my tortoises would eat this food, but I am always looking for healthy alternatives to give them a change from the same foods they eat every day. It was not what I expected from the description given. It is a dark powder and following the directions I decided to make a smaller portion of food to begin with. Deciding on making a quarter cup of food I mixed the powder and water as per the instructions and placed it in my microwave for 2 1/2 minutes till it was bubbling, a quick stir and left it to cool. It turned into a solid soft food that I could cut into bite size pieces. I was amazed at how both my Redfoot and Leopard tortoises attacked this food, usually one or the other has to be difficult at feeding time so to see them both happy and devouring their food was good to see. Time will tell if they keep eating this food, but so far so good.

My Juvenile Hermann Tortoise is seriously in love with this food! It is nutritious and tasty for him :) Very VERY pleased.
