Works well and easy to clean

I have been using the Biwhale 6.5 qt stand mixer for a year and half to make bread 2 to 3 times per week. My recipe uses 1 kg of flour, 660 g of water, and 200 g of starter. I think that is more than Biwhale recommends but it is pretty typical for a 2 loaf recipe. The mixer is just barely big enough to handle this much dough. I spray the top of the dough hook and the underside of mixer arm with water to discourage the dough from climbing into this area. If the dough does get into the beater driver, it is a bit of a chore to clean out the crevices with a toothpick. The Biwhale handles mixing and kneading the dough without issues. I use two 10 minute mixing cycles for each batch. This is the only stand mixer I have used, so I have nothing to compare it to. It is doing the job for me and seems like it will continue to do so for a long time.

This is one excellent addition to our kitchen. Thought it’s bit expensive but after seeing its uses one can say it is really worth. Saves lot of time and energy in mixing different types of dough. Can also be used for egg whisking. We used to mix chapathi dough and many other doughs to prepare Indian snacks with hands. Using this saves lot of energy and time. This can also be used as mixing beater for baking.Made of stainless steel, completely safe and strong material. It has powerful motor with six speed levels. Motor is made of copper. Red color looks attractive in kitchen. Bowl is quite big with 6.5qt capacity. Overall it’s worth the amount paid.

Love using it. Makes things so much easier

Finally I have invested in a stand mixer and I’m happy with this purchase so much. I love to make cakes and bread at home and i used to spend so much time in kitchen to get everything ready. However, this stand mixed has saved me a lot of time. I just need to put all ingredient into the bowl and it mixes everything for me. The suction power is very good and it doesn’t move a little. Very powerful machine and the mixing comes out very good. Size is good for family of 6. I’m satisfy with result that it comes out everytime. Easy to clean up as well! Only issue with me is it did took some space to store as it’s not small. But overall it’s a great machine for home use!

While using I noticed that the arm bobs up and down and acts like it’s about to fall apart, it’s a good thing it has suction cups or it would have vibrated off of my countertop. My husband doesn’t like the noise it makes either, it most definitely is not Quiet !! My husband also said maybe now you’ll listen to me when I say, “ you get what you paid for, never go cheaper because you will never get quality over quantity !! “Unsatisfied Customer

Purchasing it for my mom, she is a baking lover. However, Kneading the dough by hand is really time-consuming and always requires lot hard work. Therefore, I decide to get a stand mixer for her. Overall, My mom and I are satisfied with this purchase. It is lighter than my expectation, but still well build, and it comes with verry beautiful red color. So far, for my mom, the main purpose of using the stand mixer is to knead the dough. And it did the job great! Every time, after 10 minutes processing, the stand mixer creates beautiful structure and strength in the dough. By the way, the price of this stand mixer is much affordable compared to others brand, such as KitchenAid. Will recommend it for my friends.

I have a hand-held mixer but saw this one with good review and always wanted a stand mixer so I got it. Gosh it’s so much easier to use and more powerful than the hand held one!! It made my first cheesecake attempt a breeze. Super powerful and quick in mixing! The suction power is great and I love the variety of mixer tools it comes with. It’s relatively easy to clean and very straightforward to use. The only thing is that I wish it comes with more bowls so that I don’t have to swap out a lot. I don’t know how it does comparing to the expensive K brand stand mixer but it’s good enough for me. Can’t wait to use it to knead dough!
