Brodys Soft Serve Mix, 2lb, Strawberry (Works great for Thai Roll, Kids Activity and at Home Fun)

Package was damaged when it arrived. Powder everwhere!! Dont order!!!

This was the only strawberry I could find. Oddly, when mixed it is not pink. The mix is white like vanilla. I had to add strawberry syrup to the batch to make it look right. Also, after mixing there was something at the bottom of the mixing bowl that looked like wax beads. I used an electric whisk and stirred a long time and they wouldn't blend in. I filtered out the beads and put the mix in the soft serve machine and it's not too bad. Since it's the only strawberry I can find I've used it a couple of times (until I find something better).
