Love this! Husband had knee revision surgery and ice and heat and a necessity. I just wish it came with more than one ice pack so continual rotation could happen.

This ice pack and wrap works pretty well for the price I picked it up for. I was not expecting much but the wrap itself feels well made and the ice pack did stay cold for while. It was good for pain relief for about 10 minutes and then I couldn't really feel the cold for the next 10 minutes but I think that's because my knee is so swollen from my meniscus transplant. I switched it to the other knee after 20 minutes and it actually was still cold, so I'm satisfied with the length of time it lasts. I haven't tried heat yet but I expect similar results, will update this after I get a chance to try that feature. My only gripe is that the ice pack goes into a netting on the inside of the wrap where you slide the ice pack in but the opening is smaller than the width of the pack. I found myself having to fold the icepack in half or thirds to stick it in and then trying to flatten it out once it's inside the net. I can see the netting ripping over time from the sharper ice pack edges catching the netting but overall, I am satisfied with the product at its price point. It definitely beats holding a bag of ice to your body but it's not quite as good as the cryotherapy gel packs they send you home with after surgery. Those get painfully cold and stay cold for a lot longer but they cost $12 a pop.

I've had a torn meniscus for a couple of years now and as a result there is now a "Baker's" cyst on behind my knee, which can cause an extreme amount of pain and instability for the knee. I've tried everything I could think of to keep ice on the back of my knee everyday, then I found THIS -- I know it's really made to go on the front of the knee, but I turn it around and fasten it in the back. Works like a charm and keeps the ice pack right where I need it.

Very affordable, but could be a lot bigger. I’m unable to use the wrap for my knee but would work for an elbow

This will not stay up on your knee if you walk. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, BUT it is BETTER than the more expensive ones I have purchased! To respond to some reviews that said the ice pack doesn’t fit in the pocket…. I found that if you curve the ice pack up slightly on the sides it slides right in and can be a good way to kinda wrap around your knee or elbow some what. Of course it flatters after the ice pack melts a little if you want it for a flatter area. If there was some way they could figure out how to keep this on your knee when walking it would be great. Still, it’s the best ice pack I’ve purchased. Another was over $40 and it didn’t stay up either. Buy this. You won’t be sorry.

The heat pad itself is so thin that the heat only last 5 -10 min. It is only about 1/8" thick on some areas and not on other areas ant that is not an exageration. Not sure if this is a factory defect or it is really made this way. I should have bought the one with 2 pads for the same price at least I can put it on top of each other. The only reason I picked this is the design is two inch longer with a single heat pad.

Los dos productos estaban bien o están mejor dicho pero uno me parece que me va a sobrar porque me equivoqué y en vez de pedir uno pedí dos creo que voy a tener que cambiarlo porque no me sirve de mucho por una pierna que la que tengo mal es suficiente gracias lo demás muy bien

Très bien. Confortable. Pratique : la poche de gel s'enlève pour la faire chauffer au micro-ondes. Petit bémol : la genouillère est un peu épaisse, elle peut se voir sous un jeans.
