I need to be careful about what I eat when taking this if I have more fiber than what I need I spend too much time in the bathroom

They definitely work!
In a rush, I didn’t read the label and just took one tablet. It worked!! Glad I didn’t take 2 (as per the label). My mother (who DID follow the label) took 2, and had a bit of a mess. 😬 But yes, they definitely work! I would recommend these.
