I'm a total novice when it comes to hot tub maintenance, and this kit was great. It included all the chemicals I needed to set up my new hot tub, along with clear and concise instructions not only for the initial set up, but for weekly and monthly, as well as annual or semi-annual maintenance. I thought I'd need to hire someone to take care of this for me, but after working with the Hot Tub Things kit, I realized it's pretty straightforward. I've subsequently bought several other Hot Tub Things products that I'll need for longer term maintenance. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Great value, but I really wise it came with Bromine instead of chlorine. Also I had no idea what size our Hot Tub was and all the directions are for 500 gallons... turns out ours is a 250-ish gallon. Wish I would’ve figured that out before assuming 500 was the “average” size for the market this caters to just because that’s the reference point they use. Live and learn.

Thanks very fast shipping the price wasn’t bad. I was told it would cost 300 a month to run my spa . This kit I’ve had over a month and only had to use a small amount

This is great for the value. All your chemicals in one place.

The kit is very complete with chemicals needed for startup. Directions on each bottle and the laminated sheet are clear and easy to understand and follow. I appreciate the instruction sheet being laminated so it will never get damaged by water and can be used near the spa without worry. So far (two weeks), the chemicals do an excellent job in keeping the spa water great. My only negative is it came with test strips and I prefer drops, so I bought a test kit separately. Just a personal preference.

Some items arrived partially filled and unsealed. Unable to return so buyer beware.UPDATE: The seller contacted the supplier in regards to the partial filled bottles. They are filled by weight so the amount may look like less but it is correct for what is on the bottle. I appreciate the way the seller took care of the issue and will buy again.

This set makes treating the spa very convenient. Instead of trying to purchase each chemical individually.
