This back support is being used for work, i drive a public transit bus. With thst said I spend between 8 and 10 hours daily on this. At first it felt great and i liked the back support. Later on (after a few months) i started feeling discomfort and sciatica pain. I stopped using the gel cushion on the bottom and switched to memory foam. My sciatica symptoms eased after I switched the bottom cushion. Several months went by and I started feeling pain in my thoracic area. I think it is because the border on the cushion for the back doesnt reach too high, and the pressure ( 8 to 10 hrs daily) finally aggravated my spine. I think it would still be a great cushion but not for extended use, and not for someone with multiple problems with their spine. Switched to the winjoy back support and will see how it works out. My back is pretty messed up, so its a bit of a journey finding support for me. Id still recommend this cushion, it just didnt work for me.

I spend the better part of my day in a lift chair, and my tail seems to get sore after some hours. I looked at memory foam, but getting gel was supposed to work better. I got relief and the pad stayed nice and cool because of the gel, the problem is it did not last. After using for about 2 hours I found it was getting sore, only in a different way than the chairs padding. I get some use out of these, but it's more of a swap thing. If the chair gets too sore, I add this pad and after a couple hours, I go back to the chairs normal padding. I will have to try a memory foam pad next, and if it doesn't work maybe I'll put three things in the rotation. I give this a mild recommend, your tail bone may have a different experience. I liked the construction, and it did appear to be high quality gel. Not very expensive as many gel pads go, but not a total solution for me.

This is by far the worst cushion I have ever tried in my life. I'm an Uber driver I'm 5 9 and weigh 175 lbs. This provided no cushion whatsoever. If you're looking for comfort while you drive four hours this is not going to do it for you at all. Try conformax. It's expensive but works really good. I've tried a lot but this one really sucks.

Seat cushions attach with velcro, then strap down on chair. Planning on using it in the car. The thickness is just right. Not to thick, but not minimal either. Cooling gel actually cools. Very happy with it.

I’m a FedEx driver & my Freightliner’s seat was extremely uncomfortable so I purchased this product for support. I’m satisfied with my purchase but was dissatisfied with the support straps. Upon initial installation the straps came off. They were poorly attached so I’m having to use bungee cords to secure it.
