I think it's working
It can cause gastric upset if you take too much. I was too enthusiastic at first, then quit it for a couple of days now taking it with my dinner, not on an empty stomach. I can tell a difference. I usually take a few bites of a meal then take it and that seems to work well for me. Of course eveyrone is different, figure out what works.

A probar su efectividad
Lo compré porque me dijeron que regula un poco el azúcar. No es que la tenga alta pero hay veces que si consumo algunos productos jugos ,azúcar ,bizcocho, etc. lo que no se debe consumir me sube, así que para evitar eso y estabilizarla, la compre y déje azúcar. La salud de todo es primordial veremos a ver cómo me funciona.

Bitter melon
I got these because it was added in with the Berberine pills I got for my blood sugar control & I couldn’t get the same brand the 2 bd time I ordered so I ordered these to take with the just plain Berberine.

A1C results stay the same as before or after tanking Bitter Melon
I took 2 capsules a day for the last 2 months. My A1C was 6.4 before taking Bitter Melon. My A1C results stay the same at 6.4 after taking Bitter Melon. I will try another bottle and retest A1C again in Aug 2025.
