All parts were properly machined. I had previously bought 2 others from AliExpress. In one case, the shaft wasn't properly tooled so the end blocks couldn't be assembled. No issues with the product from this vendor. Also, it was delivered in 3 days vs 5 weeks with A.E.

Used ball screw for cnc conversion

Bought these ball screw sets thinking it would be a decent budget set until I could afford something much better.What I received:1. First set of 3 ballscrews, one of the ball screws was 3mm diameter larger than what it supposed to be, making installation of bearings and spacers impossible.2. Swarf / burrs / metal chips left in the bearing blocks. Thankfully I own a drill press and was able to run a bit through all of the bolt holes to clean them out. If you don’t own equipment to do this, I’d find a different brand / seller.3. Bearings already failing and I haven’t even put the ball screws and bearings under any type of use. These bearings failed during the set up process of a cnc machine! Some light jogs of each axis with no load and they already sound like loose marbles rolling around. If you buy these, just upgrade the bearings and throw the included bearings in the trash.

Si es correcto

The ballscrew I received is either bent or the bearing surfaces on the ends are not concentric. Once I mounted this to my milling machine for a test fit, might I add after several hours of designing and machining several components to work specifically with this ballscrew/nut assembly, come to find out the ballscrew lopes and isn't smooth. Every revolution you can feel the screw get tight in the same rotational spot. What a disappointment, back to the drawing board I guess. This kit may work for crude, inaccurate machines but don't expect to use it in a rigid setup.
