Relax Far Infrared Sauna - Featuring Unique Far Infrared Generators

Would not trade my relax sauna for any amount of money because it really is my most valuable material possession. I've been using a saunas almost everyday since 2017 and the relax sauna is by far the best combination of price, quality, and portability. I could write a book on the studies and benefits of a sauna but to save us both time I'll just give some pros and cons. Just so you know I can count on one hand how many amazon reviews I've done over the years so I'm not incentivised in any way other than hating to see people needlessly suffer. Pros 1 it gives you the benefits of a long sweaty calorie burning workout without having to move a muscle. Now you won't build muscle but its great for retaining muscle and removing latic acid aka soreness from the tissues. 2. Sweating acts as a third kidney for the bodies and your skin is your largest elimination organ. So by being able to sweat on command you take control your bodies ability to clean itself from a lymphatic and cellular level. This will take a big burned off the kidneys/adrenals and assist your body in healing and regenerating anything other than something like a missing limb. 3. Fever is the bodies most powerful defense against dangerous viruses. A sauna induces a relaxing low grade fever. So you can either wait to catch a virus and then do the smart thing and start using a sauna or you can be proactive and use a sauna 4-7 days a week and in my opinion never have to worry about a death dealing virus. 4. There is literally nothing on earth that you can spend just over 1 dollar per day for 3 years that going to give you the health benefits of a sauna. It truly is the cheapest smartest investment I've ever made for my physical, mental, and emotional health. 5. I'm someone who HAD a list of health issues(skin issue, arthritis, hair loss, depression, ect) in his mid 20s and now has ZERO says it all. I spent thousands of hours studying the longest/healthiest lived people on the earth and the best naturopathic docs and I can assure you you won't regret the health benefit of a high quality(this is the best bang for the buck... don't waste your money on anything cheaper or anything with a low infrared output) infrared sauna. 6. Yes a sauna is amazing but don't stop there. If you want to achieve your bodies level of optimal health then also prioritize obtaining a super high quality of sleep and plenty of it, get sufficient sun(get a vitamin d test asap), get plenty of hydration from from fruits and vegetables, work on finishing your last meal of the day as early in the day as you can, work on becoming a better breather which will relax your body and allow it to repair, and reduce stress as much as possible. Cons 1. for the first 3-5 uses there will be some smell that comes from new material being heated up for the first time but once you get past the new sauna smell it airs out and you never notice it again. If you worried about that just set it up and run it for 30 mins 3-5 times before you start using it. 2. You can't throw the pop up in the wash machine so protect the bottom of the sauna with a mat you can wash 3 the chair can't be washed in the wash machine either so occasionally do a 1 to 4 bleach to water spray on the black fabric only 4 only comes in one color That's all folks...

This sauna is amazing. Does it look amazing? Well no, it looks kind of weird, it’s not a real macho looking wooden expensive sauna. So why is it so amazing? It’s amazing because of the infrared generators. They put out mainly far infrared light waves, filters out the bad near infrared waves. This results in the best feeling heat that massages and works on your body. The sauna is warmed up in about 5 minutes so it can be used more often in less time. I bought this after I bought a cheap portable infrared sauna on Amazon that only lasted 4 days before the control box burnt out. I am just lucky I found out about the Relax Sauna and then bought it. Relax Sauna’s has a YouTube channel full of personal testimonials that convinced me. Very happy with my purchase. I am looking forward to many years using it and will be recommending it to friends and family. Yes it’s not cheap but compare to Dr visits and X-rays not to mention surgeries for conditions that this will fix/prevent, buying this is a no brainer!!!!!

My husband and I use this sauna every night for 20 to 30 minutes. It heats up in 3 minutes, and I start sweating within 5 minutes. We put a towel on the seat to keep the sweat from falling to the floor. The seat has is made of light and sturdy material covered with rubber in the right places to keep it from burning upon touch. It has padding to keep your bottom from getting too hot. I also wear socks to keep my feet from dripping on the foot stands. The sauna size is versatile. I am small and my husband is large. We both fit comfortably. The zippers are easy to zip up and down. It is easy to assemble. What I like most about it is our electric bill has only gone up a few dollars. This product is worth the price and I would buy it again.

I wanted to love this spa, but getting in and out was difficult if not dangerous. The footing is difficult because of the bars underfoot in front of the chair. My husband is almost six feet and could not fit comfortably into this sauna. It gets hot very quickly and is just very hot but does not offer the deep penetrative heat of most Infrared Spas and I've had 3 portable ones. The control clamps onto the frame and falls off if you touch it the wrong way which means you need to get out and pick it up and try and clamp it back on. As I said I've had three portable Infrared Spas and one wooden 2-person one, that I lost in a divorce. After two attempted uses, I returned it and it took over a week to get our $1800 dollars back. I do admit that they did return our full amount and I appreciate that.

One of the best purchases I've made. Aches and pains melt away in this thing. I cant compare to other infrared saunas but the light energy coming from this unit is quite powerful. It's is difficult to express what I'm feeling other than relaxation and peace. It's more like powerful SUN RAYS passing through my body. I come out of this sauna feeling renewed and refreshed. Brain fog is gone. I'm less stressed through out my day, and generally in a positive mood. I've been dealing with anxiety and depression for several years now and I can definitely tell a difference in my day to day life. I'm no longer bothered or worried about people, places or situations I can not control. I am glad I stumbled across this lovely product. I use it twice daily, before and after work or right before bed. It is truly a treat to use and experience. I will continue to use this as my daily regimen. Such a great product....that really works. I will share the good news and recommend to everyone I know. This is something to have. May not look all that fancy but it's appears to be built well. The IR emitters are the most expensive things in the packaging. You can tell upon inspection of the IR emitters that is where your money has gone. I believe the technology used here is far superior than anything else on the market and will continue to be so. The heat that encompasses my body is gentle and builds in intensity throughout the session. 15 min seem to be the point I'm sweating profusely. I have never done the full 30 mins. Usually 20- 22 mins is all I can handle I usually run my sauna session with both IR emitters switched on. I like the intensity that both unit provide. Switching one of the IR emitters off does cool things off considerably. I guess its nice to have that option if you don't need it to be so intense. It took me a couple of uses to really realize what is happening when I use this sauna. It seem as if multiple things are happening at once when body reaches a certain temperature. I only understood this when I go into meditation while using this sauna. This machine puts me into a state of meditation easily while using it. I could go on and on but this is worth every penny. Other reviews have mentioned there relax saunas have lasted them 10 years or more. With regular to frequent use. That alone is impressive. I have No buyers remorse here. Exceeded my expectations. Can't live without now. I'm hooked. Relax sauna is the one to get.

This is a detox gem! Yes, it is amid the top portable Saunas. It has a light weight structure that is very user friendly with top of the line ceramic far red heaters. Unlike the sun burn one gets with most heaters, Relax heaters dissipate heat so your core continues to remain heated more than 20 min. after the cycle is ended. You will be walking about while the detox effects continue. Study's prove that yellow fat stores the toxins your body can't process. I am soaked thru when I emerge from my private cocoon. I look forward to the effects it will have with hormone promoting benefits.

It doesn't have an adjustable temperature, just a timer. The longer you sit, the hotter it gets. The timer tops out at 30-minutes. I usually give it another 10-minutes. By then my body is insisting I stop. I believe the thermal stress is good for me. My heart rate gets up to 120-135 BPM. I use it before bed then feel exhausted anf fall asleep easily.

I have an autoimmune arthritis that causes systemic inflammation and is particularly hard on my joints and tendons. I do not tolerate hot humid weather at all, but the Relax Sauna feels wonderful. It gets hot fast, if I'm well hydrated, I work up a good sweat in 10 minutes, I try to stay in for 15 minutes with both heaters running. I have not been able to tolerate much more than that, but because I've been unable to exercise for a few years, my cardiovascular system is not in great shape (one of the reasons I bought the sauna). It is fairly effective at temporary pain relief. I'd say that it knocks my pain levels down 2+ points and that the benefits last at least a few hours. It is wonderful for relaxation. I have no joint stiffness when I get out. The chair is nice and sturdy. Sometimes the position that you have to sit in, with feet up on blocks, is too hard on my knees and hips, but most of the time it's fine. If I was the only person using it, I probably would have purchased the lie down version of this sauna. Unfortunately, on my worst days, I don't even want to try the sauna, so I can't speak to whether it helps with a bad flare or not. I do occasionally get hot spots, it's random, so I think it's probably me, not the sauna. I think that at this price point, or anything in the ballpark, this is probably the best purchase I could have made.
