Have to make sure it is turned on, and not in pass through mode. No easy to tell. And it is tempermental. See if the red light is on, and make sure all connections are secure. Took me a while to get things working. And it will stop if it is bumped or moved. Very annoying to be honest. I got it working and made sure it was where it wouldn't be touched, bumped, or moved.
