I hate the taste of beets, but they are very good for you. It took some time to get past the taste, but after a few months I take this twice a day. This is a very good price and the company has good clean products.

Tastes great, unknown nitrate percentage
I'm adding this into my pre-workout blend for vasodilation and blood pressure reduction. My only concern is that the specific % of nitrate available isnt listed so it's hard to tell what dosage I need. My early calculations suggest 3-7 teaspoons to receive proper dilation in the gym for pumps.Y'all really need to adjust the recommended dosage. 1/5th teaspoon is nowhere near effective for really anything.

Contaminated batches
Mine has some sort of reflective flakes in it. I was getting throat pain and then noticed this in the bag.Beer extract does work for endurance athletes. This company sent me a contaminated batch.
